Payment on site: Please note that the payment on site is only possible by card. If you transfer money at short notice, please bring the receipt with you to the registration.

 

Terms of registration and cancellation

- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

- The conference programme may be subject to changes.

- Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be altered to a virtual meeting. In this case, payments may be refunded partially.

- (PhD) students please have to upload a copy of their valid students' ID.

Early bird: The early bird fee is valid for registration and payment until 15 March 2023.

On-site: The on-site fee is valid for payment on-site in Berlin from 10 – 17 May 2023.

Please note the following additional information concerning data protection:

- At our conference you will be asked to wear a name badge.

- Furthermore, photos might be taken or films shot, members of the press might attend. Upon request we will gladly provide you with more details, or ask us on-site during the event.

- I agree to be informed about all matters of this conference by the organizers via e-mail.
